Question: How would you promote your youtube channel ?

I’m quite a social media addict so I will be promoting it on social media. I also hope that word of mouth will help the news travel. I need to get better at using Twitter because a lot of nursing organisations and groups use twitter as a means to communicate so I will definitely be utilising them!
