Question: how long have u been working in health care

My first experience was in Year 10 when I managed to get work experience at a local hospital. I then went on to work as a volunteer in the same hospital.

My first paid job was 20 years ago, working as a care assistant in a residential care home for older people with mental health problems. I began my undergraduate training in March 1999 – so just over 18 years ago.
